How does H-Confirmations Work?
Upon making the hotel booking, the reservation agent only need to ask your customer for his email address and/or fax and proceed to enter the same in the designated field in the guest profile.

H- Confirmations will extract the information needed from the guest profile in order to create the H-Confirmations. When ready H-Confirmations will generate and send the confirmation letter automatically to your customer via email, email-to-fax, fax (via a fax/modem) or you can print the room confirmations for mailing.

H-Confirmations letter layout can include information such as name of guest, arrival and departure dates, guest confirmation number, room type, room rate and method of payment. You may add new information or modify existing information as necessary. You can also use H-Confirmation to promote a special hotel offer or service.
