EHC Communications Completes Acquisition of
ASTI Communications Group

San Juan, Puerto Rico, January 15, 2002 – EHC Communications, a systems integrator, provider of  2-way commercial radio communications, cost-effective  e-Marketing,  and   IT  consulting  services  for government  tourism  companies, hotel  chains, and  the  industry  in  general. Has completed the acquisition of privately  held   ASTI  Communications Group, an   independent owner and operator of shared wireless communications and broadcast infrastructure.

ASTI  Communication Group engineers, deploys, owns and  operates technologically advanced shared wireless infrastructure, including networks of towers and rooftops as well as analog and Digital broadcast transmission systems.

This  transaction is being accounted for as a purchase. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
