EHC Communications Completes Acquisition of
Computer Zone Inc.

San Juan, Puerto Rico, February 16, 2002 – EHC Communications, a systems integrator, provider of  2-way commercial radio communications, cost-effective  e-Marketing,  and   IT  consulting  services  for government  tourism  companies, hotel  chains, and  the  industry  in  general. Has completed the acquisition of privately  held   Computer Zone Inc.

Computer Zone Inc., a leading network designer, system integrators and providers of software, hardware, wireless network and structured cabling solutions for a wide class of business needs.

This  transaction is being accounted for as a purchase. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
